What games are you currently playing?

Started Tiny Tina's Wonderlands with my brother last week, started Life is Strange: Before the Storm this week, and picked up Fire Emblem: Three Houses again to continue my third playthrough.

Picked up a Switch on monday so I've been going through my only owned game FE Three Houses lmfao

Also borrowed some carts from my cousin, so I'm also trying out Links Awakening, Hyrule Warriors and the Mario 3D All Star collection.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD - Nintendo Switch
Mario Kart DS - Nintendo DS (melonDS)
Super Mario All Stars - SNES (Switch Online)
Super Mario Kart - SNES
(Switch Online)

I'm really enjoying Skyward Sword in HD. I'm glad I picked it up! Well worth the £37 investment.

I've also been playing through Mario 2 on All Stars, using save states so I can actually beat the game though. :shell:

I'm playing the OG version of Super Mario Kart on Switch online, there is the souped up special version with the 150CC mode unlocked, but I prefer earning my own trophies in Mario Kart games to be honest. It's also a game I don't really like using save states in, even if I don't win the race.

melonDS is a great Nintendo DS emulator. I've used it previously and decided to try it out again. It has it's own BIOS now too and it runs DS games brilliantly. I've got it to run Pokemon Heartgold as it's been years since I've own the game physically and the cost of it now has just gone beyond what any normal person can afford to pay at the moment. But I was giving Mario Kart DS a good cash and I'm using a PS4 controller for the emulator which feels great also! If you're after a decent DS emulator, I'd highly suggest melonDS as it's still getting updates and it's a newer emulator and it works fantastically in my opinion.

Sonic Adventure DX - Steam

Been playing this through slowly, just been playing it now too. Beat the game before on PS3 and GameCube back in the day. It was nice to pick it up on Steam cheap and have it on my laptop.

Just onto the Big the Cat fishing section and it's so annoying everytime to go through this section, which I have to do to unlock the final story mode for Super Sonic.

Super Mario Kart - SNES (Switch Online)

Just got done playing some Super Mario Kart. Really enjoying playing this through again. Great thing about playing it on Switch is I've got the screenshot button which quickly captures my gameplay shots, but I actually use it to screenshot my times during the GP's mostly when I do a good time, then I'll cross check them with how well I do in Time Trials.

Super Mario Kart - SNES (Switch Online)

Been playing Super Mario Kart a lot today. It's great for jumping on and getting a quick session in. Having so much fun playing this one again. Haven't had chance to play any other games today but hoping to tuck into some Skyward Sword HD tonight too.

Animal Crossing: Population Growing - GameCube (Dolphin)

It's nice to get back into an Animal Crossing game and I never gave full justice to the original game in the series. I've dabbled with the original original Animal Forest more recently but you can't hit the animals with the net in that game... not that I go around hitting all the animals with the net. >_>''

Just some of them...sometimes. :v

Also the GameCube version of the N64 game that came before it just has more extra features, not to say it also looks amazing in 1080p running on the Dolphin emulator.
