Ahh, I hear about people doing their muscles in from training/lifting weights quite a bit. Really don't even want to imagine what that's like, lol.Ugh, it is. Well, I did it by lifting weights incorrectly without warming up. Then shortly after, I pulled both my ankle joints, during karate training - again without warming up. Stupidly, I didn't really think warming up mattered much, until now that is.
I've been out for 2 months straight now. Fortunately, after a LONG rehab, I'm finally starting to heal.![]()
2 months is a really long time to be out of sorts like that, but glad to hear you're starting to recover.
