Anybody excited for this?
It's due out on October 18th and it's coming to Game Pass on Day 1, which is really cool!
I haven't actually beaten Plague Tale: Innocence yet, mostly due to constraints on my end with my Acer Nitro 5 setup, but I'm in the process of rectifying that with a RAM upgrade soon.
Gutting for me is that Plague Tale is finally leaving Game Pass on September 15th, so I don't think I'll get chance to beat it on Game Pass, but thankfully it's on sale on Steam at £6.99 until September 15th too, so I think I'll just be picking it up on Steam before the sale ends, the sale also ends on September 15th. I'm only 4 chapters in anyway lol.
I'm not likely to stop using Game Pass before the new Plague Tale game comes out however, but if I'm to buy the game outright, so in order to beat it ready to play the new one then I'd rather purchase it on Steam, buzzing I am getting such a good deal on it anyway!
Also as for starting a new file, doesn't bother me that much, I haven't had the smoothest playthrough which is why I'm still only on the 4th chapter of the game. :v
But coming back to Plague Tale: Requiem, I've not been this excited for playing a new game since @apathy introduced me to NS2 last year!
Since I've just invested in Skyward Sword HD and am currently upgrading my RAM, it's nice to know Microsoft have secured the game Day 1 for us on Game pass as part of my existing PC Game Pass subscription. Which I currently pay £7.99 per month for and it's delivering great value at the moment as dropping £43.99 on Steam for the new game just isn't in my budget, though I'm sure we'll eventually get it on a Steam sale.
Are any of you planning to play Plague Tale: Requiem? If so how will you be playing it?
