How often do you go for medical check up?

My health is very important to me which is why I take it very serious. I have two medical check up with my doctor in a year which I will never miss out. Of course I will also go to see my doctor if I get ill all of a sudden. I have had my first medical check up last week and everything went well.

Usually only if something comes up I'll go to the doctor. It's a stretch for us to afford very many doctor's appointments so I try to limit them. I try to get my kids in more regularly, though I am behind on that lately ?

It's actually quite expensive here too but with my work health insurance, it's a bit easier for me. Even without the insurance, I think that I would still find a way to go because whenever I break down, it's always critical for me and it costs me more.

I went for my first medical check up for the year 3 days ago. Everything seems fine except for my blood pressure which was slightly high. I'm monitoring it to see if it's going to come down a bit.
