has anyone noticed the error on Absol's gen V back sprite

His front leg has an EQUINE joint style.

Did they get carried away designing the Swords of Justice, and saw Absol had Justified and Sacred Sword and overlooked this completely?

Something always irked me about this sprite but I only realized recently whats up with his leg.

Oh yeah it looks off. I never noticed that myself but it is interesting. I mean if you look at his form, the one leg doesn't match the rest. What made you spot this?

absol is my all time favorite and gen V is my favorite generation so i see the sprite so much but something always felt so odd

Yeah, ngl some of the sprites in Gen V are definitively off to me because there's more frames of animation than the other games since they're constantly moving...so it doesn't really surprise me there's some weird errors in some, including Absol.
