Question FF keeps going offline?

For the past week or so, sometimes when I try to access Fortree Forums I get a standard XenForo "Oops! We ran into a problem" error that indicates a connection issue.

This happens on multiple devices from multiple locations, so it isn't a connection issue on my end? Are you aware of such problems? ?

I don't recall getting the "Oops" error but I have noticed that sometimes on my phone it can take ages to actually connect, if it even does so. I initially thought it was due to me connecting to a different point in my house, which has a weaker signal, but perhaps it's actually related to your issue.

I've nothing else to really add right now unfortunately, but I'll definitely be keeping an eye out. Thanks for your report!

Sure thing, there aren't even any server errors so I'm really not sure what to think. We even got LiteSpeed cache a couple of months ago and I set up XF dev boxes on localhost, all so that the site wouldn't go down all the time :v

Try clearing your cache. It may be a setting that you may have set knowingly or unknowingly on your browser. Clearing cache will help you start won a clear slate. Also, you can try resetting all configurations to default settings.

If it was a cache or configuration issue at my end, using different browsers and devices as well as InPrivate modes would have caught it.. ?

Regardless, I've been communicating with apathy in PM and he seems to have pinned down the issue - and what he tried has seemingly fixed the issue for the time being.
