Ok so, in recent months I've been restarting the entire Pokemon series afresh.
I've been playing Pokemon Blue V2 which allows me to complete the Pokedex without the need for trading, a must for someone emulating the game.
However, soon I will start playing the 2nd gen games again and I fully invest myself into 2nd gen massively. My favourite Pokemon generation after the 5th gen games.
I'll most certainly play Pokemon Crystal Emu Version, this version I saw, has the Celebi event intact in the game (originaly a Japanese exclusive during the 2nd gen era), much like Pokemon Crystal version on Western 3DS E-Shops, a game which I still own on 3DS, but I no longer have a 3DS or 2DS to download the game, so it'll be good that I can emulate it on mGBA emulator.
However, before I get onto Pokemon Crystal, I'll play the through the standard Pokemon Gold or Silver versions first.
Now, the poll is simple, vote on which version I should play! I'll keep the poll open for a limited time however.
I originally played through Pokemon Gold, because I was awestruck by Ho-oh. Then I moved onto Pokemon Crystal. I never got too much into Pokemon Silver however. But, don't let that sway your decision, for nostalgia purposes, I've be leaning towards Pokemon Gold next myself, however, maybe you will vote Pokemon Silver for me to play through after I'm finished with Pokemon Blue. ;)
