As annpying as it is youll need to disable addon (not uninstall) -> delete user -> reenable addon

I'm also noticing a regression where particular members have different font settings applied (when viewing as admin) i.e. a member has 12px font, system is 16px font. Member has not changed their font settings. Something funky with the admin for sure.

Yes and no, you can choose to set pre-defined colors for each usergroup. If none are set for a usergroup, then the user will be able to input their own color on the style settings page

I change it from the user group but the color is still the same. Can you show me an example?

Theres not much to say, removing the set "Selectable username colors " from Admin Panel -> Users & Groups -> Usergroups should restore back to the original standard/gradient color selection.
I'd double check all your groups to make sure there aren't any lingering colors set.

I completely removed the plugin, set the php file upload size to 20M, installed the plugin as a package, and now there are none of the errors I just mentioned.

support for XF2.2 has ended, so I womt be able to issue an update to fix this

however, the avatar frames do not have a user style cache in the 2.2 versions, only an asset cache
so the errors just ugly and shouldnt be stopping the addon from working. you should be able to still rebuild the caches of custom title, username, tooltip etc

Hi Apathy! I recently took over a forum (so the previous inquiries are from a prior owner), and I’m incredibly new to all of this. I’ve been trying to add more fonts, but any I add keep defaulting to Times New Roman... I'm pretty sure? (Might be wrong.)

I had reached out to the previous owner of the forum, and they think there was a specific format that new fonts need to be in order to upload as intended. They can't recall the specifics, so they recommended I reach out to you. We’re using version 2.12.0. Is this something you'd be able to help with?

@tabbytales hey, if I remember right with 2.12.0 only TTF is properly supported, even though the uploader might accept other stuff like WOFF. However I could also be totally wrong as its been a while since I saw that build.

If you're already trying with TTFs, then double check in the "Network" tab of your browser console to see if the fonts are 404ing

you can not upgrade directly like this. you need to do it in steps. upgrade to 2.12.X first, then 2.13.X, and then jump to 2.16.13

Please check out my latest post in the xenforo thread because you may need to perform some steps in FTP to get to 2.13.X
