I've been playing a fair bit of NS2 and Mario Kart DS recently. Playing Mario Kart DS on the Wii U, but sheesh, the Gamepad is terrible, it's comfortable enough but everytime I've had a pre owned Wii U in recent years the Gamepads are getting awful, there are times during racing my kart stops and the Gamepad is getting a little hit and miss. I'll need to invest in a Pro Controller again soon. But it sucks because DS games you have to have the Gamepad so DS games on Wii U could be crippled in years to come when these things stop working. The range on them just gets more and more crappy.

Could do with a retro company like Hyperkin to make after market Gamepads because those things are on their way out I reckon.

I got a 2 year warranty on my Wii U I got recently from CEX plus all my games I own digitally with Nintendo though the Wii U E-Shop are downloadable on there so it made sense to reinvest now things in my life are settling down nicely. Plenty of gaming to be had now! :v

I've been playing a bit of Twilight Princess HD in Hero Mode, I prefer the mirrored game like on the Wii, because the Wii is the version I played first, couldn't really get into it the other way even though I prefer the sword being in Link's left hand.

Oh gosh, I hate it when that happens. Lately the old wii remotes I used are becoming more glitchy. But the Gamepad... that's terrible. Mine hasn't given out - yet. And I hope it keeps a little longer.

Yeah the Wiimotes are glitchy too, mine were glitching on 1:1 motion games like Skyward Sword when I used it. Constantly having to unplug and plug the Nunchuck to stop Link running to the left. So Annoying. Some Wii games from Wii U VC allow for Gamepad use which is cool but they never implemented it for Skyward Sword.

That's exactly what happens to me! You think getting new ones with fix the problem? Are they even making new wii remotes now?

From my experience buying another pre owned one has never worked, saying that I've not tried with a brand new Wiimote. Nah they're not making official ones anymore, plenty of new cheap ones though from China knocking about eBay. @Long Live Kasumi

WAIT ACTUALLY, I've had 2 new Gold Wiimotes, I've purchased Skyward Sword Limited Edition twice brand new and both of them had the same problem, last one was the worst, so I would say the issue is present in the brand new Wiimotes also. @Long Live Kasumi

I've been playing Sebastién Loeb Rally Evo on PS4 recently. It's slowly growing on me, but is by no means a good rally game.. ?

It definitely shows that the official WRC games are in better hands than with Milestone.

In looking up modding custom songs for beat saber I learned there is a mod that apparently enables crossplay multi between Quest and PC and thats cool as fuck. ahahaha
