Question Can't access "Deals" threads.

I see them being posted in but when I go to click on said threads for say Xbox Series X deals, it gives me an error saying I don't have permission to view the content. Is this normal?

Those are posted in our "Treehouses" (social groups) section, I've just verified that the Heat Badge rank does indeed have the permission to view the treehouses so I'm not sure why you'd be getting that error. Perhaps you need to join the treehouse first before you can see the posts? There doesn't seem to be a relevant setting to control that in the admin panel.
